Privacy Policy

This policy applies to the application Quiz Video Generator (the "Application"), available at quiz.adampielot.online. The Application is a private tool used only by its operator. It is not offered to the public and has no user accounts.
Data the Application accesses
When the operator signs in with Google, the Application asks for access to the operator's own YouTube account (scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube). It uses this access only to:
- upload videos prepared by the Application to the operator's own channel,
- set thumbnails for those videos,
- find, create and fill playlists on the operator's own channel.
The Application does not read, collect or analyse the content, comments, subscribers or personal data of any other person.
Data we store
The only Google-related data stored is an OAuth refresh token for each channel. It is kept in a configuration file on the operator's own server and on the operator's computer, is never published, and is not sent to anyone except Google's servers to obtain access tokens. We do not store any other personal data.
Sharing
We do not sell, share, transfer or disclose Google user data to third parties. The Application's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
YouTube API Services
The Application uses YouTube API Services. By using it you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's privacy policy is available at policies.google.com/privacy.
Revoking access and deleting data
You can revoke the Application's access to your Google account at any time at security.google.com/settings/security/permissions. After revoking, the stored refresh token stops working, and the operator deletes it from the configuration file. To ask about stored data, write to the address below.

Polityka dotyczy aplikacji Quiz Video Generator („Aplikacja”) dostępnej pod adresem quiz.adampielot.online. Aplikacja to prywatne narzędzie używane wyłącznie przez swojego operatora. Nie jest oferowana publicznie i nie ma kont użytkowników.
Do jakich danych Aplikacja ma dostęp
Gdy operator loguje się przez Google, Aplikacja prosi o dostęp do jego własnego konta YouTube (zakres https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube). Wykorzystuje ten dostęp wyłącznie do:
- wgrywania filmów przygotowanych przez Aplikację na własny kanał operatora,
- ustawiania miniaturek tych filmów,
- wyszukiwania, tworzenia i uzupełniania playlist na własnym kanale operatora.
Aplikacja nie czyta, nie zbiera ani nie analizuje treści, komentarzy, subskrybentów ani danych osobowych żadnej innej osoby.
Jakie dane przechowujemy
Jedyną przechowywaną daną związaną z Google jest token odświeżania OAuth dla każdego kanału. Jest zapisany w pliku konfiguracyjnym na serwerze i komputerze operatora, nigdy nie jest publikowany i nie jest wysyłany nikomu poza serwerami Google (w celu uzyskania tokenów dostępu). Nie przechowujemy żadnych innych danych osobowych.
Udostępnianie
Nie sprzedajemy, nie udostępniamy, nie przekazujemy ani nie ujawniamy danych użytkownika Google osobom trzecim. Wykorzystanie i przekazywanie informacji uzyskanych z interfejsów API Google jest zgodne z Polityką danych użytkownika w usługach API Google, w tym z wymogami ograniczonego wykorzystania (Limited Use).
YouTube API Services
Aplikacja korzysta z usług YouTube API Services. Korzystając z niej, akceptujesz Warunki korzystania z YouTube. Polityka prywatności Google: policies.google.com/privacy.
Cofnięcie dostępu i usunięcie danych
Dostęp Aplikacji do konta Google możesz w każdej chwili cofnąć na stronie security.google.com/settings/security/permissions. Po cofnięciu zapisany token przestaje działać, a operator usuwa go z pliku konfiguracyjnego. Pytania o przechowywane dane kieruj na poniższy adres.
