1. The Application
Quiz Video Generator (the "Application") is a private software tool that creates quiz videos and uploads them to YouTube channels owned by its operator. It is not a public service and is not offered to third parties.
2. Use
The Application may be used only by its operator, with Google accounts and YouTube channels that the operator owns or is authorised to manage. The operator is responsible for the content published and for complying with the YouTube Terms of Service, the YouTube Community Guidelines and applicable law.
3. YouTube API Services
The Application uses YouTube API Services. By using it you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
4. Data
How data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.
5. No warranty
The Application is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. The operator is not liable for any loss resulting from its use, including interruptions of the YouTube API or changes made by Google or YouTube.

Quiz Video Generator („Aplikacja”) to prywatne narzędzie, które tworzy filmy quizowe i wgrywa je na kanały YouTube należące do jej operatora. Nie jest usługą publiczną i nie jest oferowana osobom trzecim.
2. Korzystanie
Z Aplikacji może korzystać wyłącznie jej operator, na kontach Google i kanałach YouTube, których jest właścicielem lub do których ma prawo zarządzania. Operator odpowiada za publikowane treści oraz za przestrzeganie Warunków korzystania z YouTube, Zasad społeczności YouTube i obowiązującego prawa.
3. YouTube API Services
Aplikacja korzysta z usług YouTube API Services. Korzystając z niej, akceptujesz Warunki korzystania z YouTube oraz Politykę prywatności Google.
4. Dane
Sposób postępowania z danymi opisuje Polityka prywatności.
5. Brak gwarancji
Aplikacja jest udostępniana „tak, jak jest”, bez żadnej gwarancji. Operator nie odpowiada za szkody wynikające z jej używania, w tym za przerwy w działaniu YouTube API ani zmiany wprowadzone przez Google lub YouTube.
